Job summary

Neo4j, the world-leading graph database, seeks a Solutions Engineer (PreSales) to guide strategic customers through architecture design and proof-of-value.

You’ll translate complex requirements into tailored Neo4j-powered architectures, demonstrate capabilities, run technical workshops, and align technical decisions with enterprise sales objectives across High-Tech, Energy, Telecom, Financial Services, and the Public Sector.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in PreSales / Solutions Engineering or Professional Services.
• Strong understanding of database platforms, particularly NoSQL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures.
• Experience guiding technical teams through complex, consultative engagements.
• Willingness to learn and rapidly adopt emerging technologies.
• Sales-aligned mindset to manage technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central player in Neo4j Solution Engineering engagements, supporting customers across the lifecycle from discovery to architecture design and adoption.
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic and enterprise customer teams.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to communicate the technical and business impact of graph solutions.
• Ensure strong technical alignment and smooth integration of Neo4j into customer environments.
• Provide architectural recommendations aligned with customer strategies and IT landscapes.
• Design and present Neo4j-based prototypes that demonstrate technical feasibility and business value.
