Neo4j is seeking a Solutions Engineer (PreSales) to partner with enterprise customers across strategic verticals, translating complex requirements into tailored Neo4j-powered architectures and demonstrating value throughout the sales cycle. With 5+ years in pre-sales or professional services, you will guide technical decision-makers, design prototypes, and run technical workshops to accelerate outcomes.

Competenze

5+ years in PreSales / Solutions Engineering or Professional Services for enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of database platforms, with NoSQL expertise.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures.
Consultative approach guiding technical teams through complex engagements.
Willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
Strong problem-solving and enablement skills for workshops.
Sales alignment and ability to manage technical aspects of sales cycles.
