You will manage face-to-face and virtual facilitation, evaluate training impact, and oversee the LMS while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• CRM Oversight: manage the learner journey from pre- to post-course administration.
• Self-Directed Learning Design: develop learning experiences and ensure accessibility compliance.
• LMS Oversight: content uploads, curation and review.
• Data analysis and reporting: produce evaluation reports and monthly dashboards for boards.
