Job summary

The College for National Security, part of Government Skills, seeks a Curriculum Officer to design, deliver and administer the College’s curriculum in a fast-paced public sector environment. You will blend creative design with robust operational management and ensure accessibility-compliant resources.

Lead LMS oversight, support face-to-face and virtual facilitation, and evaluate training impact through data analysis. This role promotes inclusion and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering curriculum in a public sector setting.
• Ability to manage the learner journey from pre- to post-course administration.
• Experience with accessibility-compliant learning resources and tools.

Responsibilities

• CRM oversight: manage the end-to-end learner journey and responsibilities.
• Self-directed learning design: podcasts, guides and e-learning modules with authoring tools.
• LMS oversight: content uploads, curation and review.
• Data analysis and reporting: compile feedback and produce dashboards for boards.
