• Experience managing CRM systems and learner journeys.
• Ability to design blended and digital learning resources with accessibility in mind.
• Proven ability to evaluate training impact using data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Facilitation: oversee CRM end-to-end learner journey from pre- to post-course admin tasks.
• Course Design & Content Development: create self-directed learning experiences and manage LMS content uploads and review.
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Feedback: collate feedback, identify trends and produce evaluation reports and dashboards for boards.
