Qualifications

• Experience as content designer on complex, user-centred projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience designing content for government or public services.
• Strong knowledge of GOV.UK service standards.
• Ability to develop user-focused, clear content for digital and offline channels.
• Experience collaborating with researchers and other design disciplines.
• Ability to use data-driven insights to inform content decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver clear, accessible, user-centred content across digital and offline channels.
• Work with user researchers, service designers and interaction designers to integrate content into the user experience.
• Facilitate workshops, present to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Develop content strategies aligned with project goals and user needs.
• Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date and adheres to GDS standards.
• Contribute to Capgemini’s design community and mentoring.
