IntaPeople in Cardiff is seeking a Business Analyst with SC clearance to translate client needs into clear, implementable requirements for engineers across multiple projects. You’ll run discovery workshops, map current and improved processes, and write user stories with acceptance criteria.

Public sector experience is essential. The role is hybrid with flexibility; start date 9 November, initial contract to end of March 2027 with option to extend.

Qualifications

• Public sector experience with local government, education, NHS or central government.
• Solid business analyst experience in digital or software delivery.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and Agile backlog skills.
• Confidence running workshops and talking to people at every level.
• Ability to work with developers on APIs, integrations and data.

Responsabilités

• Run discovery and requirements workshops with public sector clients.
• Map current processes and identify improvements.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with .NET engineers and designers.
• Assist shaping bids and tenders based on client requirements.
• Support testing and maintain focus on accessibility, data protection and security.
