Job summary

JPS (Jewson Partnership Solutions) part of STARK UK is recruiting an Account Manager for our Glasgow base. This desk-based hybrid role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with local authority and public sector customers, coordinating with branches, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service.

You will own the customer journey from enquiry to fulfilment while driving sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or customer service within building materials or construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop large key accounts, focusing on local authority and public sector customers.
• Build long-term relationships with procurement teams, PMs, site agents and other stakeholders.
• Manage estimates, quotes, orders and deliveries across the full customer journey from enquiry to fulfilment.
• Collaborate with branches, suppliers and logistics to ensure materials are available and delivered on time.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales while maintaining exceptional service and commercial awareness.
