Job summary

JPS (Jewson Partnership Solutions), part of STARK UK, is hiring a National Account Manager. You will manage national public sector contracts, build relationships with Registered Social Landlords and housing contractors, and drive retention, growth and service improvements across the UK with travel when required.

The role is home-based, 40 hours per week, with typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm, and a UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the public sector market, ideally social housing, frameworks and national contracts.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels, from operations to directors.
• Track record of customer retention, sales growth and improving profitability.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage national public sector contracts across the UK with focus on retention, growth and service.
• Build relationships with customers and framework organisations at all levels.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts, improve margins and expand offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver solutions and improvements.
• Ensure contracts meet terms, SLAs, KPIs and compliance.
• Support tenders, renewals and mobilisations to deliver outcomes.
• Deliver value for money, improve efficiency and support social value plans.
• Identify needs and resolve issues to strengthen partnerships.
