Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking a Public Protection & Enforcement Manager to lead Environmental Health, Licensing, Parking Services and Community Wardens. You will shape strategy, manage resources and drive service improvements within a politically sensitive public sector environment.

Based in the Crawley area, the role requires substantial leadership experience, a UK driving licence and a track record of delivering regulatory services with a customer-first approach.

Formación

• Degree educated
• Full UK driving licence
• BSc (Hons) Environmental Health
• Member of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
• Management qualification
• NEBOSH
• Experience leading public protection disciplines
• Experience implementing service strategies and plans

Responsabilidades

• Be the Council’s Lead Officer on Public Protection matters and exercise delegated powers.
• Develop strategy and policy for Environmental Health, Licensing, Parking Services and Community Wardens.
• Assess needs of residents and partners, using analysis tools and consultations.
• Develop services to improve food safety, health and safety, and licensing compliance.
• Lead partnerships to deliver Community Safety plans and strengthen collaboration.
• Oversee Parking and Community Wardens teams and ensure compliance with contracts.
