Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Health or licensing related areas.
• CIEH Basic Food Hygiene certificate or equivalent.
• Understanding of licensing of premises and regulated entertainment procedures.
• Administrative and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Process and allocate service requests to relevant teams.
• Provide administrative support across Environmental Health and Licensing services.
• Assist with processing of licence applications, permits and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Support pest control services, including bookings and customer communications.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and consultation documentation.
• Assist with complaints, information requests and general departmental projects.
