Meta is seeking a Policy Manager, Strategy & Regulations to lead regulatory analysis and policy coordination across the Africa, Middle East and Turkey region. The role focuses on rapid assessment of new regulations, translating impact to Meta’s products and services, and coordinating cross-functional responses and materials for external advocacy.

Qualificações

• Experience analysing legislation, regulation or regulatory consultations and translating them into business and product impact.
• Experience drafting regulatory submissions, consultation responses or formal written advocacy materials.
• Experience coordinating policy across teams in a matrix organisation and building cross-functional consensus.
• Experience briefing and advising leaders on technical and regulatory matters.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams under tight timelines and shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first line of response for regulatory consultations across the AMET region.
• Lead regional consultation submissions and provide position papers and talking points.
• Act as regulatory domain point of contact for portfolio of policy areas.
• Equip regional policy colleagues with material to advocate externally.
• Integrate AI tools to optimise workflows and ensure regulatory compliance across products.
