North Somerset Council seeks a motivated Health Improvement Coordinator to join the Mental Wellbeing and Community Development Team within the Health Improvement Service. You will support priority public health programmes across mental wellbeing and early years, coordinating training, campaigns and project administration with careful record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office packages (e.g., MS Teams).
• Event and campaign coordination experience.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of public health and health inequalities.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate training logistics: venue bookings, attendance, trainer support and course feedback.
• Draft, proofread and format documents, reports, minutes, agendas and action logs.
• Develop and deliver health improvement campaigns and quarterly mental wellbeing newsletters.
• Support project administration: maintain Excel spreadsheets and records.
• Manage records, databases and electronic files with accuracy.
• Assist with face-to-face and virtual service delivery in infant feeding team.
• Ensure confidentiality and information governance compliance.
• Other duties commensurate with the grade; driving licence and transport essential.
