Job summary

The Health and Wellbeing Senior Project Coordinator will oversee a portfolio of community health programmes, with a focus on physical health, CPR education, cardiac rehabilitation, and lifestyle education. The role requires proactive coordination, strong partnership building and measurable impact delivery within a fast-paced community trust environment.

The post is fixed-term for 12 months, based in the Brentford area, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant qualification in sport/exercise science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of physical health and how activity improves outcomes.
• Experience delivering exercise classes and group sessions.
• Experience planning, coordinating and delivering programmes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Current First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certificates or willingness to update.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Programme management and delivery for physical health-focused activities.
• Impact measuring and reporting against funder outcomes.
• Safeguarding, risk management and staff support across activities.
