Job Description:

Greycoat Lumleys is working exclusively with Escapade, a 5-star hotel located at Silverstone. This role is part of a pre-opening and opening phase, offering an exciting opportunity to be involved in a prestigious venue. We seek passionate, motivated individuals with a background in 4* or 5* hospitality, who are committed to delivering top-tier service and maintaining high standards. The contract is initially for six months, starting in May, and requires resilience as it is part of a new opening.

Due to the rural location, applicants must have access to a car or be a driver, as public transport is unavailable.

Duties:

• Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in public areas including reception, restaurant, bar, wellness, spa, and pool
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Maintaining immaculate condition of all public spaces
• Managing waste and recycling procedures
• Coordinating with Linen Porters for linen supplies in the spa
• Representing the venue’s face through impeccable presentation
• Assisting the housekeeping team with additional tasks as needed
• Providing friendly, professional guest service and addressing concerns
• Handling lost items and reporting to the Lost and Found department
