Job Title: Cleaner at St Andrews Primary, Newport

Newport Norse, a joint venture between Norse Group and Newport City Council, provides contract cleaning services across the local area. We are seeking an experienced Cleaner for St Andrews Primary in Newport.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness, reporting defects or issues to the Area Supervisor, and ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed.

Position Details

• Part-time, temporary contract
• 15 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 15:15 - 18:15

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to cleaning, including machinery and products
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Good communication skills, comfortable engaging with the public and clients
