The Role:

What will I be doing?

• Maintaining cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel including lobby, fitness centre, laundry, corridors, and stairwells
• Cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities as needed
• Vacuuming corridors and stairways
• Changing and replenishing towels and amenities according to guidelines
• Performing deep cleaning tasks regularly
• Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily
• Reporting missing or damaged items for repair or replacement
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in public areas
• Being environmentally conscious
• Disposing of waste properly
• Managing guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Complying with security, fire, health, and safety regulations
• Handling lost property procedures
• Assisting other departments and maintaining good relationships
