What you will be doing as a Public Area Cleaner

We are looking for an evening public area attendant to oversee the general upkeep of the property, including public and back-of-house areas. The shift starts from 18:00 until 23:00.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that our public spaces look their best at all times
• Hoovering guest areas
• Maintaining the presentation of back-of-house offices for the next day
• Sorting linen and restocking for the incoming shift
• Supporting the Lobby lounge with cleaning tasks
• Completing turn-down service for some guests and residents
• Stock taking
• Assisting the front-of-house team with guest requests

Working as a Public Area Cleaner involves interacting with guests, so conversational English skills are essential. The role requires a good level of fitness, as cleaning is physically demanding. Full training on chemicals and equipment will be provided. Previous experience is not required, but a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference are essential.

You should be enthusiastic, hardworking, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
