The Role:

What will I be doing?

• Maintaining cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel, including lobby, guest fitness centre, laundry, corridors, and stairwells
• Cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities as needed
• Vacuuming corridors and stairways
• Changing and replenishing towels and guest amenities
• Performing deep cleaning tasks regularly
• Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily
• Reporting missing or damaged items and ensuring repairs or replacements
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in public areas
• Being environmentally conscious and disposing of waste properly
• Managing guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Complying with security, fire, and health & safety regulations
• Carrying out lost property procedures
• Assisting other departments and maintaining good relationships

Located a ten-minute walk from Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central stations, and fifteen minutes from Glasgow International Airport, the hotel is ideally situated for exploring Glasgow’s attractions, culture, shopping, and arts scene.
