Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others and deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to drive standards.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver consistent service.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest experience.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and assist wider management when needed.
• Collaborate with pub management to run the business efficiently.
