Marston's PLC in the heart of our pubs is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy team, ensuring memorable guest moments and smooth daily operation. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced but fun environment that values people and service.

You’ll open and close shifts, coach colleagues, and work with the pub management to drive friendly service, efficiency, and profitability, with a clear internal career pathway to progress into roles such as Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to manage shifts and cashing up.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Open and close the pub, stock, and cash up.
• Ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably with the management team.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Manage shifts when the wider management team is away.
