Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy, fun pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll open/close, stock and handle cash, while ensuring smooth shifts in the absence of senior staff. You’ll role-model excellent customer service and drive profitability through teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
