Marston’s PLC is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead our pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations, manage shifts, and uphold our standards for service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to motivate and lead a pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Opening/closing, stock checks and cashing up as part of shifts.
