Marston's PLC in Bournemouth area is seeking an experienced Supervisor to support busy pub operations and lead a dedicated team.

You’ll handle opening/closing, cash handling, guest service, and day-to-day decision making, while collaborating with the management team to drive profits and guest satisfaction. A proactive mindset and a passion for hospitality are essential for success in this vibrant Grandstand venue network.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
