Job summary

Greene King’s Brocklehurst Arms (Tytherington) is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure the team have what they need, and keep service running smoothly, safely and with warmth.

You’ll deputise for the management team, organise the team during busy periods, maintain high standards, resolve issues quickly, and model outstanding customer care so every guest feels welcome and valued.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to pour pints perfectly
• Ability to lead by example and deliver great service
• Ability to think on your feet during busy shifts
• Positive can-do attitude and strong teamwork
• Proficiency in spoken and written English for safety and allergen controls

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain safety, legality and cleanliness of the bar, handling issues quickly and safely
