Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team in the UK. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, handle opening/closing, stock, and cash, and act as a role model for service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and deliver customer service.
• Experience in opening/closing, stock and cash handling.
• Ability to manage shifts and maintain smooth pub operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver friendly guest experiences.
• Open and close the pub, stock, and cash up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest care.
• Ensure smooth operation during shifts when senior staff are away.
