Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team in the heart of our venues. You’ll lead and motivate staff, ensure smooth shifts, and deliver the moments of joy that keep guests coming back.

You’ll open and close, stock and cash up, partner with the management team to run the business efficiently, and role model outstanding customer service in a busy, friendly environment. We offer progression through our internal pathway and a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Opening/closing, stocking and cashing up.
• Strong customer service and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Work with the pub management team to ensure smooth, profitable operations.
• Responsible for opening, closing, stock, and cash handling during shifts.
