Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy pub environment.
• Strong focus on customer service and guest experience.
• Cash handling and basic banking experience.
• Ability to open/close the pub and manage stock and premises tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with pub management to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open and close the pub, stock, and cash up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest care.
