Job summary

Marston's PLC is hiring for a Supervisor/Team Leader role at one of its pubs in the United Kingdom. You will assist in opening/closing, stock management and cash handling while maintaining high customer service standards.

With a focus on leading shifts and supporting the management team, you will have opportunities to progress through Marston's DNA career pathways toward Assistant Manager roles and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Be a role model for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
