Greene King pubs are seeking a Team Leader to run shifts, support the team and ensure customers have a great experience. You'll lead by example, deputise for management, and keep the bar safe, legal and running like clockwork.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring clockwork operations.
• Keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.
