Greene King is seeking a General Manager for a Hungry Horse pub in the Aylesbury area. You will lead by example, grow the business, and create a welcoming experience for guests while developing your team and maintaining high brand standards.

You will recruit and develop staff, drive P&L performance, and ensure guest safety and regulatory compliance. Personal license holder or the ability to obtain one is required.
