Hydes in Gatley is hiring a Pub Chef at The Horse and Farrier. You’ll deliver consistently high-quality dishes, maintain standards across all stations, and work in a friendly, supportive brigade.

Hours are flexible up to 35-45 per week across five days, with part-time options to suit you. The role includes a development programme with funded qualifications, staff discounts, and a pension, in a lively community pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across kitchen stations with ability to prepare starters, mains and desserts.
• Attention to detail and high food standards.
• Experience in a busy pub kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and progress within Hydes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent food standards in a friendly, supportive environment.
• Prepare dishes to spec across all stations, including starters, mains and desserts.
• Support Kitchen Manager with food ordering and stock management.
• Maintain a 5-star rating and contribute to a busy pub kitchen.
