Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around and driving memorable guest experiences. You’ll lead the pub team from the front, ensuring excellent service and smooth operations on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Strong focus on guest experience and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
