Qualifications

• Experience leading PTP teams in a shared services or SSC environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and apply LEAN principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of PTP Associates, managing day-to-day activities and performance.
• Allocate and prioritise workloads to ensure invoices, queries, and transactions are processed accurately and within service levels.
• Act as SME and escalation point for Purchase-to-Pay processes and systems.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and KPI performance, taking corrective action where required.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audit requirements.
• Oversee processing of supplier invoices and resolution of queries; build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance processes and service delivery.
