Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of PTP Associates, managing day-to-day activities and performance.
• Allocate and prioritise workloads to ensure invoices, queries, and transactions are processed on time.
• Act as SME and escalation point for PTP processes and systems.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and KPI performance; take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and financial controls.
• Oversee processing of supplier invoices and resolution of queries across units.
• Drive continuous improvement and LEAN principles to optimise workflows.
• Build relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Support training, onboarding, and development of team members.
