PwC in London is recruiting a Manager to join our market-leading OpTP and CbCR team, helping clients embed efficient transfer pricing and reporting processes. The role suits someone who has redesigned tax and financial processes or worked as auditor, controller or consultant, with working knowledge of CbCR preferred.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with diverse financial services clients, and contribute to transformation programmes by integrating TP into broader tax and finance workflows,

Qualifications

• Understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and DPT.
• Experience preparing and reviewing CbCR and OECD guidance.
• Ability to translate complex TP regulations into actionable process improvements.
• Experience managing multiple projects and developing junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with financial services clients on operational transfer pricing challenges, including process improvements and governance.
• Prepare and review Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR) in line with OECD guidelines and local requirements.
• Contribute to transformation programmes by integrating transfer pricing into broader tax/finance workflows.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to grow their Operational TP expertise.
• Engage in stakeholder management to build client trust and satisfaction.
