Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Gym Supervisor to monitor activities in the gym, delivering an outstanding member experience seven days a week. You will also manage the Personal Training team and have the option to deliver Personal Training and group classes.

The role requires CIMSPA Level 3 or equivalent, strong customer service and communication, and a passion for health and fitness. You will thrive in a vibrant, inclusive club environment with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Customer service oriented with previous fitness industry experience.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive club culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities in the gym space to ensure member safety and satisfaction.
• Lead and support the Personal Training team.
• Deliver Personal Training sessions and group classes as required.
• Provide a welcome, helpful member experience every day.

As Gym Supervisor, you will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week. This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes.
