Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team in Bicester. You will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym to help them achieve their goals.

We offer a 3 day PT induction, ongoing CDP courses, and a supportive environment that values health and fitness, inclusion, and member success. A CIMSPA Level 3 qualification is required to apply and training continues to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions and programming plans.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. • 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours – You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)
