Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a proactive Gym Supervisor to oversee all gym activities and deliver an exceptional member experience seven days a week. The role combines supervising the Personal Training Team with active participation in the gym and the delivery of Personal Training sessions and classes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 CIMSPA, possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, and bring prior fitness-industry experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Experience in the fitness industry and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities in the gym space and ensure a fabulous member experience.
• Lead and manage the Personal Training Team.
• Deliver Personal Training and a range of classes when required.
