Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Colchester is looking for a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, create programming plans, and guide members to achieve their goals within a premium gym environment.

We support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses. Enjoy flexible hours, free club membership for you and your family, plus access to our Benefits Suite.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.

As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals. We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. • 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
