Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Bishop's Cleeve is seeking a dedicated Gym Supervisor to monitor all activities in the gym space and deliver a fabulous member experience every day, seven days a week.

This combined role also involves leading our Personal Training team and actively participating with the gym team. You may also deliver Personal Training and a range of classes, helping members achieve their goals and enjoy an inclusive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CIMSPA Level 3 qualification.
• Passionate about health and fitness with ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all gym activities and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Lead the Personal Training team and coordinate with gym staff.
• Deliver Personal Training sessions and group classes if required.
• Provide excellent member service and drive member satisfaction.

As Gym Supervisor, you will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week.

This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes.

About you:

As Gym Supervisor:

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Have a passion about customer service.
