David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a Part-time Gym Supervisor in Bishops Cleeve to oversee the gym space and lead our Personal Training team. The role offers the option to deliver Personal Training and a variety of classes, ensuring members enjoy a premium experience every day of the week.

You will combine gym supervision with active PT delivery, helping members reach goals, delivering high-quality service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive club culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Experience in health and fitness and working with gym members is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities in the gym space to ensure an outstanding member experience.
• Manage and support the Personal Training team and contribute to team coaching.
• Deliver Personal Training sessions and a range of classes where appropriate.
