Aspire People are recruiting an experienced Psychology Teacher to join a secondary school in Monmouth. This full-time, long-term role offers immediate start and ongoing opportunities. You will teach Psychology, plan engaging lessons and prepare students for GCSE and A-Level exams.

The position requires QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification, strong Psychology knowledge, and DBS on Update Service. EWC registration is preferred.

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Psychology Teacher to join a secondary school in Monmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for a full-time, long-term position within a supportive secondary school.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Teaching Psychology
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• Preparing students for relevant GCSE and/or A-Level Psychology examinations
• Differentiating lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the department
• Supporting students with ALN/SEN where required
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

We're Looking For

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in Psychology
• Experience teaching Psychology within a secondary school or FE setting
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• EWC registration or willingness to obtain
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
