Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced Psychology Teacher to join a secondary school in Monmouth. This is a full-time, long-term position offering stability and ongoing development.

You will plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons, differentiate for all abilities, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback. You should have QTS, strong subject knowledge, and be willing to obtain EWC registration and an enhanced DBS check.

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Psychology Teacher to join a secondary school in Monmouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for a full-time, long-term position within a supportive secondary school.

The Role

• Teaching Psychology
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• Preparing students for relevant GCSE and/or A-Level Psychology examinations
• Differentiating lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environmentWorking collaboratively with colleagues within the department
• Supporting students with ALN/SEN where required
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

We're Looking For

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in Psychology
• Experience teaching Psychology within a secondary school or FE setting
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• EWC registration or willingness to obtain
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
