Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking Psychology graduates to support primary schools in Manchester. The role offers immediate opportunities, with both full-time and part-time options, and aims to build practical experience in SEND and child development.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help pupils access learning, and work with teachers and SENCOs to monitor progress while developing safeguarding practices in a school setting.

Are you a Psychology Graduate interested in SEND and looking to gain practical experience working with children?

Aspire People are currently recruiting Psychology Graduates to support primary schools across Manchester.

If you've recently completed a Psychology degree and are particularly interested in Autism, ADHD, communication needs, learning difficulties or child development , this could be a great opportunity to put your academic knowledge into practice.

We're looking for graduates who want to understand how children learn, develop and communicate, and who are keen to build experience supporting pupils with additional needs.

The Role May Include:

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
