Job summary

Milk Education is seeking Psychology graduates to support children with SEN in primary and secondary settings. You will assist in delivering adapted lessons, supporting social, emotional, and communication development, and working closely with teachers and SENCOs.

The role is ideal for final year students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on classroom experience and develop key skills in education and psychology. Flexible days and a supportive environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Psychology graduate in final year or recent graduate welcome.
• Interest in working with children with SEN.
• Able to apply academic knowledge in classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN.
• Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons and interventions.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development.
• Implement strategies to encourage independence and positive behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff.
