Job summary

Milk Education is seeking psychology graduates to support pupils with SEN in primary and secondary settings across Liverpool. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assisting teachers with adapted lessons and interventions, and helping pupils develop social, emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Psychology graduate in final year or recent graduate.
  • Passionate about working with children with SEN.
  • Empathetic, resilient and eager to learn in a classroom environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Interested in pursuing a career in education, psychology, or SEN support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN
  • Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons and interventions
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and communication development
  • Implement strategies to encourage independence and positive behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff
