These roles are ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, mental health, youth justice, social work or pastoral leadership.

Psychology and Criminology Graduate role:

In this varied and rewarding role, you may:

• Support pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
• Work with students presenting SEMH and behavioural needs
• Provide pastoral support to promote emotional wellbeing
• Offer general classroom support alongside teaching staff
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions
• Help students overcome barriers to learning and engagement

We Are Looking For in a Psychology or Criminology Graduate:

• Recent graduates in Psychology, Criminology or related subjects
• A strong interest in SEND, SEMH, behaviour or pastoral support
• Calm, resilient and empathetic individuals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with young people (desirable but not essential)
