Job summary

Denholm Industrial Services Ltd in Glasgow is recruiting an experienced Plant Fitter to maintain and repair site plant and equipment, including blasting and coating gear, within a fast-paced construction environment. The role emphasizes safety and compliant operation.

You will perform preventative maintenance, PUWER inspections, and support commissioning of new equipment while maintaining accurate records and upholding health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant fitter or plant mechanic.
• Mechanical qualification or time-served apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of heavy plant machinery.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Understanding of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair site plant and equipment
• Carry out preventative maintenance and PUWER inspections
• Ensure safe operation of blasting and coating equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records
