Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd. is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for our Banbridge site to prepare, mix and apply protective coatings in accordance with specifications and safety standards.

You will operate spray equipment and paint booths, ensuring correct coatings and curing processes, while contributing to a clean, organized, and safe 5S workplace. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, this role offers a permanent full-time position within our Paint & Blast team.

• An experienced Paint Sprayer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

• Someone who takes ownership of their work, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, materials are used responsibly and the paint area is kept clean, organised and to the required 5S standard.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, mixing and applying protective coating systems in line with approved specifications and manufacturer requirements.
• Safely operate spray equipment, paint booths and related facilities, ensuring correct coating systems, mixing ratios, application methods and curing processes are followed.
• Work towards production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping and 5S.
